However I have changed my diet slightly based on a interesting post from a LCHF blogger/doctor.
Whipped cream.
Specifically it's my breakfast.
Into a blender:
- A few berries - strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, blackberry. Berries generally are low carb. A strawberry has about 1 net carb
- Heavy whipping cream. A cup has about 6 grams
- No-sugar almond milk
I add the first two ingredients and then thin it with the almond milk as it gets too thick and stops having that funnel at the top.
I think this doesn't sound appetizing to most people but I friggin love whipped cream.
